Wide range of web-based software experience, particularly used in my consulting background. Tools and expertise ranged from admin level CRM - customer relationship management (Freshdesk, Kayako, and Siebel), database / cloud (Siebel, DataStax, and Radiant), incident response / ticketing systems (PagerDuty), project management tracking (Jira), collaboration software program (Confluence), social media app review management (AppBot), IAM - identity access management (Saviynt), & several proprietary tools.
Independent software






Varied range of exposure or working knowledge of several in-demand software application/programs. Used on a daily basis for over 2 years in a variety of use-case scenario's and troubleshooting purposes. Basic search knowledge of Splunk and was in the process of learning more before COVID-19 affected company and my team.
microsoft office & Office 365






Common usage and specific expertise in several areas of Microsoft Office software. College level training inclusively for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Actively use Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, and Publisher on a daily or monthly basis. Vast experience with every edition of the software since Office 95.
intuit quickbooks



Extensive experience with several different versions of QuickBooks since 2005. Creation of estimates, invoices, sales receipts, and credit memos as well as creation of the templates for all. Updated customer, vendor, and inventory databases with over 15,000 combined entries.
Adobe software



Above basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, and Livecycle. Examples of each can be found on the marketing experience page.
